2257 COMPLIANCE NOTICE AND CODE OF PRACTICE

dreamstockings.com is based and run in the UK and NOT the USA.

Our code of practice:

  • All Models have submitted three forms of identification one of which contained a official photograph (usually a passport) and all of which show our models were over the age of 18 when photographed.

  • All our models have signed contracts that they willingly and knowingly participated in all photoshoots on the website.

  • All contract signatures and proofs of age have been examined and approved by the owner of dreamstockings.com and one other witness in the presence of each of the models.

    These contracts and copies of proofs of age are kept at the place of business of dreamstockings.com for which the contact address is shown below. Requests may be made by post or email to examine the records by any UK or EU based law enforcement official who is engaged in an official and legal investigation. Details will only be released during an official visit where credentials can be checked and inspected. Absolute proof of identity of such an official will be asked for and must be given before any details are released in order to protect the privacy and safety of our models.

    USC TITLE 18, SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE

    If you have read the above you will see we mostly comply with the US law known as 2257. However, RECORDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION OUTSIDE OF THE UK. Allowing this would contravene EU and UK Data Protection Laws preventing transfer of personal data to areas outside of the EU.
